About me:
When I relocated from Los Angeles to Providence in 2003, I stumbled into a subculture that fuses experimental musicianship with art, and art making. I had been surrounded by art my whole life - studied it, practiced it - and generally, never cared much for it! Suddenly, being involved in a localized community of other young people made it seem like a good idea to start making some art, myself. At first, it was mainly about getting recognition, but now, it is about getting a life.
