BIO
Zane Kuchera is a Playwright, Composer, Lyricist, Performer, and Record Producer. His work has included contemporary popular music, video underscoring, and musical theater. He is a member of ASCAP, BACA, NOMTI, and BSW. Zane is connected and integrated into the Boston community of music and fine arts. Zane is also an active member of the GLBT community.
He is an alumnus of Berklee College of Music in the Voice department where he majored in Contemporary Writing & Production. Zane has also earned a Lyric Writing degree from the BerkleeMusic.com extension school, and continues to take classes in film scoring, songwriting, and music production.
Zane has just released his 3rd CD entitled "Zane Kuchera Records Presents Singer/Songwriter Showcase Volume I". This collection of original music contains 22 tracks from 10 local singer/songwriters. It's an eclectic mix of genres with something for everyone.
He is currently writing the new musical "Parsifal - The Magician" with collaborator David Logan Morrow. Zane is also producing and collaborating with several local songwriters.

Zane published his first musical theater soundtrack CD of original music for the William Shakespeare play "As You Like It". There are 15 tracks of lush orchestral contemporary arrangements, 5 of which are sung by Zane.
