Singer – Songwriter – Guitarist – Entertainer They say some people were born to play music. Zane Suarez would be one of those people. Born in Queens New York and as a kid, Zane would sing and entertain his family members including three sisters two brothers and grand mamma Lucy. Picking up the guitar at the age of 12, Zane would play in several bands before he cofounded the rock group Z- Toyz. Appearing on MTV's "Basement Tapes" the bands video "Miami Breakdown" brought the group national exposure with a song Zane wrote. Tom Allom (Black Sabbath, Judas Priest, Def Leppard) would produce Z-Toyz "Run Like Hell." Like all good things that come to an end, Zane went solo. Later on he would front the glam band Trix. With multi platinum girl group Exposé producer and songwriter Lewis Martineé, he would produce the band with Zane picking up tips on producing along the way. With the released of his solo album "Life Interrupts" the album shows the many sides, moods and views of the man Zane Suarez, the singer, the songwriter, the guy not afraid to take a guitar solo! Tony Brock who played drums for The Babys and Rod Stewart (who also worked with the likes of Jeff Beck, Elton John and Jimmy Barnes) was able to give the album the right mix that gave the sparkle the songs deserved. "Life Interrupts" also includes a unique interpretation of the Beatles' "She Loves You." Zane has performed on stage with Matchbox Twenty on VH1's show "You Rock" and has also worked with producer Greg Ladanyi (Fleetwood Mac, Don Henley, Jackson Browne). Zane has opened for Joan Jett, Girlschool and legendary comedian Robert Klien. Being a huge Beatles fan Zane has also performed his one man show of The Beatles "White Album" and "Abbey Road" to enthusiastic crowds who always feel like they saw something special and unique. Zane continues with other projects and bands as well as his craft as a songwriter. He has performed countless of shows, from the city of New York through the mountains of Topanga California and many points in between. Whether performing solo, with his band, originals or covers, Zane Suarez is an artist you want to see!
