A Meifumado faz 5 anos e para celebrar lançou a compilação "5 Anos 13 Merdas". Nela apresentamos novos artistas que engrossaram o lote Meifumado nomeadamente Selfish Cunt, Sam Amant, Paco Hunter e MC Jihad; e mostramos músicas que nunca foram editadas das outras bandas que já sabem o que a casa gasta tais como The Zany Dislexic Band, PZ, Pplectro, Preto, Type e Abztraqt Sir Q.

I havent been able to make it over to the hotel to stop in for a minute... clints been working in town again so im back on dinner duty. lol we are trying to get a mailing list made for my mom to send the invitations out so that's yay. its going to be june 6th at 11a we're going to have some food a bit before. kind of a celebration thang, ya know? quitting mah job with that lameass of a boss jaime. gah, i aint gonna miss her at all! i still cant believe that that survey thing that britt showed me is actually working - n dat we're gettin paid; im so luvin it too. givin mah opinion on stuff i do - pshhh ... so easy. i wonder if we'll ever hit da cash that that website said we would. i dunno, but with my last check being $126, i dont even care. i only pulled in like 200 a week and my crapass job anyway, so this is perfect. you should do it, i'm tellin yah. i guess you'll have to type the link into internet explorer or whatever, but here it is:

Roubaram as cores.... [ilustração] Com base na linguagem da ilustração de imprensa, os participantes vão ser desafiados a criar soluções gráficas a partir de artigos de jornal.
As diferentes composições a desenvolver, terão de respeitar os objectivos propostos.A adaptação da técnica do desenho, ao conteúdo do artigo, será a ideia charneira do atelier.O titulo «Roubaram as Cores» tem a ver com o facto de as ilustrações serem realizadas apenas com caneta, sem tintas, para ajudar a compreender a importância que tem de ser dada ao claro/escuro, neste género de trabalhos.
Laboratório de suspense.... [animação] Durante três dias os participantes trabalharão em grupos de três elementos no desenvolvimento de uma caixa óptica/cenário para uma acção com um ou mais personagens animados em tempo real. Esta acção será realizada sobre um palco à escala. Os trabalhos resultantes do workshop serão exibidos publicamente e compilados numa edição em DVD disponibilizada aos participantes.
O FESTIVAL FADE IN 2009 propõe, desta vez, um episódio diferente: primeiro vamos recuar até à década de 60, ao som dos britânicos THE SPACE AGENCY para nos deliciarmos com o seu garage surf instrumental. Depois avançamos no tempo para dançarmos ao som da new-wave dos portugueses YOU SHOULD GO AHEAD. No fundo uma noite de rock’n’roll em perspectivas caleidoscópicas…
