Influences
Degas to Debussy. A sensual overload of ones mind. An all-encompassing awakening of hither unknown senses dulled. People walking their dogs, muscle builders working out, other people skateboarding, doing whatever people do on the beach, all moving in a kind of mechanical harmony
We need enthusiastic lovers of Memphis Industries artists (Zan Pan, The Go! Team, The Pipettes, Tokyo Police Club, Field Music, El Perro Del Mar, Dungen, etc, etc) to join our worldwide team.
But what’s in it for me I hear you ask??
Well, initially, you get sent a super rare ‘Now That’s What I Call Memphis’ CD including ace tracks by The Go! Team, Dungen, The Russian Futurists, The Pipettes, Field Music. Absentee, El Perro Del Mar and others
Secondly, potentially free entry into gigs by Memphis artists when they come to your town and the chance to help spread the word (generally by grabbing names off unsuspecting gig goers, maybe putting posters up).
And thirdly once you’ve done that, you might be rewarded with other shit, like pin badges, stickers and crap like that. Maybe even CDs. Basically anything that’s not nailed down in the office.

Will we be seeing ya at this month's Red Eyed & Blue on Tuesday March 11th? We sure hope so! It's taking place at the Hawley Arms' brand spanking new music venue The Wilmington. We've got a crackin' lineup with Adrian Crowley, Trevor Moss & Hannah Lou, The Snakes and DJ sets from the Truckin' Lauras and DJ James Steel.
Do you think you could do me a favor? My friend Brian has entered a competition on MySpace for his short film. Its about a kid whose parents are in the porn industry. Its hilarious. It would mean a ton to mean if you checked out the movie and gave it a thumbs up booyah in the box below the video.

I hope everyone is in fine health, of body and mind, and the road is prooving smooth and true.
Please enjoy our new Video for our single 'Nature of This Town' wich was released last monday (on Butterfly Recordings). We filmed it where we live in South East London, Mundania Court, Peckham Rye, One Tree Hill and Gipsy Hill. Spot our pretty little Miss Brian Ferret's camio. Thanks to Andy Hankdog for letting us borrow his house with living room swings, and to our favourite chippy fisherman at the Dolphin Fish Bar. And shame on the Manhatten Loft Corporation who are turning our beautiful Honor Oak Baptist Church into flats. nice one.
