Christopher Zaren calls Chester Springs, pa his true home. He is 31 years old. He is the author of the lyrics and composer of the music. He plays rythym on a Guild acoustic electric guitar. The songs have been said to be self prophetic to him. He doesn't usually know why he writes what he writes until what he has already written about, plays itself out in his own life! The music and words just come to him, though he remains humble about this fact saying, "I just tell it like it is. I try to sing about things that really matter. Matters' of fact and true importance." The songs, though not often heard (yet), Have been referred to by some as "timeless" and "powerful".
Currently, there is no band to back the music, but the search for the "team" continues...
In the meantime, Christopher intends to begin traveling soon and playing some impromptu shows in various cities on the east coast. See you all soon!!.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Ask your friends to be Zaren's friends and become a part of this solid foundation. Feel free to comment, and be able to say you were a part from the start!! Thank you kindly for your support.
This dude, yeah this one. Still the finest songwriter I've ever worked with - and he keeps getting better. This is music that stays with me. I hope you do get out there man... this music needs to heard.

Chris, Chance sounds incredible. Can't belive your material is getting even better. Anyone who doesn't know Chris should know his music comes straight from his soul, that's what makes it so good : ) Keep up the good work. Keep us posted on your shows, you're an incredible live talent. I'll keep playing the lottery so I can produce you if I win (lol). Can't wait to hear you on the radio, just a matter of time!
hey zaren thought i'd stop by have a little lookey around haha like the new banners, looking good so anyway just wondering if everything's going well? take care, hear from ya soon
An absolute god given talent of a musician. A self taught guitarist who only started playing 10 years ago. His ability to reach your soul through words like “its was too late too leave to today…to close to call…I gave it once last chance….just for the hell of it….try to get a taste of it all”
Chris has always believed in a world bigger for you and me.
With a mix of, alternative, jazz, folk and adding in plenty of soul the music reaches you in a way that reminds you of the good times, the simple times, it reminds you of the days that looking back now you wish you could have it all over again, but in one fell swoop gives you hope for the future.
Simply put “it brings a smile to my face”.
From the days of “Strawberry fields” on a plastic stringed guitar (border line ukulele) to now “CHANCE” his climb has not been easy, but any obstacle, any hurdle that Chris comes across makes his music that much better. I ask you, I beg you, challenge him, because in the end we all benefit from hearing his words.
