Hey there Z! How goes it? What's new and exciting? We just bought a 4 plex last week! If you ever decide you want to move to vegas, I can hook you up with a nice 1 bedroom in the heart of the ghetto. Our upgraded unit even has a huge balcony overlooking sunrise mountain and all the twinkling lights of the hood. IF you're lucky you might even catch the magical flash of light on the horizon from distant gunfire! It can be so romantic! lol Hope everything is going well with you!
