Seeing as it's my work, I guess computers. However, my first love in life are the sciences- especially molecular biology. mmmmm, cells.
And, most importantly, indoctrinating people with DuValism. MWAHAhahahahMusic
rock (classic, hair-metal 80s, early-mid 90s before the boy bands burned a whole in my brain), electronic rock (trance, hard techno, chillout (di.fm mainly)), movie-trailer type music, celtic rock, blah blah blah. I like pretty much anything save rap and country. Especially rap.
Bruce Springsteen's my hero while Meatloaf's my guilty pleasureMovies
Meh, action flick I guess. I also have an odd fascination with concerning discrimination (American History X, Higher Learning, The Believer, etc).Television
Meh: part Deux. I don't watch much TV. Usually just sportscenter running in the background. And TV-wrestling- my cinematic dirty pleasure (it used to be the OC until it went down the, er, toilet).
For much of my youth, I was addicted to Saved by the Bell and could give you a synopsis which would put Cliff Notes to shame within the first minute. Welcome to my generation.Books
Fantasy/sci-fi stuff. Reading Niel Stephenson, Stephen King, and George RR Martin at the moment. And probably something else.Heroes
Jesus was/is a pretty rad dude. Mary's a pretty swell gal, too. I've also had the pleasure of knowing some awesome nuns in my day. Family. Some friends from back in the day who saved my soul & life. Or something like that. Some more friends who don't judge others and yet are saving the world with their actions and lifestyle. Go figure.

About me:
Hi. I do IT stuff here at Mankato Loyola. Woo hoo!I'm bloody sarcastic and love to argue. I reckon they're the two traits which most stand out to my friends. They also consider my fairly Catholic. I think they say that because with those I connect on a intellectual level, the topic of religion and faith often comes up. However, I also find faith a very personal thing which should not be pushed on others and, as such, it's not something I find easy to openly discuss with those I'm not close to. Ya know, that sounds mighty pretentious. Meh.
Music makes me happy and fills a little whole in my heart (that's way too emo. Meh). I'll listen to pretty much everything but country and rap. I've been on a electronic music kick the last few months. Good times.
OK, reality is Myspace tends to annoy the living sanity out of me. All the flashing colors, C&#^$*$ CRAPPY layouts, music (Crap, I found the song that made me fall in love with electronic music so I have to play it now), and being a general cesspool of information & visual overload makes me loath this place. Add to the equation that I was a facebook addict long before myspace came en vogue, and all my deepest, darkest secrets are hidden away over there instead of here. And by hidden, I mean not that hard to find.
Alas, I guess the young whippersnappers use Myspace a good bit. And as the tech guy at school, it's my duty to understand technology so I've given in and guess I'll update this over the months and years to come.
PS. If you take everything I write (and say) seriously, you fail at life.
NOW GET OFF MY BLOODY LAWN
Who I'd like to meet:
People...I've run with the ultimate dorks, the preppies (frats/soroities), the alternative lifestyle people (long live punk rock! though anarchy is a tad bit overrated), the jocks, etc etc etc. People of all walks of life rock my face. EXCEPT for ignorant people. I don't have a lot of patience for blatant ignorance. At all. OK, I feel better now. Don't you?Details
