Biography of: Zeego Zaro
B. Foster AKA Zaro was born in Kingston, Jamaica and moved to the United States in the early 1980’s. Zeego Zaro acquired his moniker because just like the famous Senor Zorro, his skill and agility on the microphone captures audiences and lights up any stage he steps on. His music embraces various genres, which adds a refreshing sound to the airwaves. Growing up in Brooklyn, New York, Zaro was introduced to various music styles, which intrigued him. In High School, Zaro was renown for cutting class, misbehaving and entering the lunchroom crown. Nonetheless, his passion and musical talents were indisputable. Crowds would gather to hear his lyrics and vibe to his music that always reflects real life. Zeego Zaro has been hard at work producing, writing and performing. He is in the process of working on a lot of innovative musical projects will further demonstrate his talent. The release of his new single Hustler’s anthem on the Major Riddim is scheduled to burn through the airwaves this upcoming summer. Zaro is an artist who is serious about his craft, which can be seen through his versatile collaborations with Rick James and his artist as well as other talented singers and DJ’s. Zaro performed across the nation and has been an opening act for major superstars. He credits his musical style to singer Chuck Turner, Dezie Smooth, And Reggae Pioneer Bob Marley, who he claims inspired him to work hard and perfect his craft. The impressive combination of raw talent and perseverance has contributed to Zeego Zaro’s eagerness to take the world of Dancehall/Reggae to new heights.
