I'm Zeff and I play guitar.
I think that music can sometimes be one of the most truthfully honest ways of emotional expression.
I care about people.

I used to be in a signed band called Sanctity, that was a big part of my life and it had a good run. That band took me all over, from Vancouver to Helsinki, but it has since been like a fading star. I can't deny that those circumstances were out of my hands, but worrying about blame will never solve anything. My life has changed greatly since then, I feel lucky that I was able to see all those places, meet amazing people, and share those experiences. That version of Zeff is what people seem to remember, the 'famous' one... The one that won Best New Band 2007.

My life now, is completely different. I'm back to working like crazy with two jobs and more importantly, I've learned what makes me happy. I've discovered the things that I truly believe I need to keep myself sane and from slipping into downward spiral that I don't care to venture along again. I'm going back to UNCA in the fall and I'm excited about that. Hopefully, something good with come with finishing my degree there.

I used to have this big thing about wanting people to try their hardest on here... I still believe those words, and you should too. Don't run away from your feelings, they define you.
