WIR SIND MITTEN IM GESPRÄCH MIT DIV. CLUBS IN LONDON - UK,die Interesse haben uns irgendwann bei sich spielen zu lassen. Wahrscheinlich wird es aber nicht vor Frühjahr..08 sein. Bis auf weiteres bleiben wir sicher Konzertlos, da wir mitten in der CD-Aufnahme stecken und uns diesesmal ruhig Zeit lassen, damit die Qualität 1A wird. Wenn wir genaueres wissen, werden wir es euch selbstverständlich mitteilen.
Our New Drummer: Simon Rougé
ZEFT stands for 0815, a synonym for "standard" or "ordinary" . But in the meantime they are for sure no longer as ordinary and standard, as Zeft from the Swiss village Wiedlisbach saw themselves when they founded the band 5 years ago.
The musical style of Raymond (voc,g,key.), Tom (g, b-voc.), Fred (b) and Simon (dr) developed to perfectly arranged and expressive Independent Melodic Rock, which has also been established with the debut album "soultouch", published in October 2004.
In 2000 ZEFT decided that it was much more fun composing their own songs. Later this proved to be the right and most successfull decision.
With a simple demo CD the guys could get gigs at some bigger festivals in Switzerland, where they performed as supporting act for nationally well lnown bands like Core 22, Patent Ochsner, Crystal Ball and others.
The four ambitioned musicians have a big urge to perform again on stage after their long work in the practice room.
After some personal changes they built a formation that now let them look into a bright future.
For 2007 they have put together an extensive setlist. They interpret the typical melancholy of their material passionate and expressive in their new songs too. The lyrics are mostly influenced by the real life of the musicians where the interpretation is lightly sarcastic, exaggerated and sometimes ambiguous, such that the exact interpretation is left to the listeners themselves.April..07, we start to record a new Demo-Tape with many many new Songs!
