About me:
Welcome to ZeGear's MySpace. We have some of the best t-shirts around so you should check them out. Be sure to check back often to see our new designs as we put a few new ones up each week.
About the author... Starting out in the late eighties with my first computer I began playing all the awesome games they had back then like Rogue, Reach For the Stars, Ancient Art of War, Leisure Suit Larry, Bard's Tale, Zeppelin, and Monkey Island just to name a few. I still play computer games and can be found mostly in mmorpgs using my alter-ego character named 'Bohemund".
Always loving the visual part of games, I've learned to use the computer for designing graphics as well as several game-related computer programs. Putting the graphics part I love to work is what ZeGear is all about. Experiencing real-life and all the virtual online games I've played, I've heard many hilarious, crazy and often retarded things people say. So that's what we do here, put all that hilarious stuff that people say on our shirts and stuff.
So if you see something you like that gets you saying, "yep" or even gets you laughing out loud, we hope you buy one of our shirts or whatever with that design and of course, tell a friend or two about our site.
A little about ZeGear...
ZeGear has been around since late 2003. The site was created by a married couple that started out not knowing much about designing shirts. What you see now at ZeGear is a lot different than when we began. Starting with only a few basic designs, we've now expanded our collection of shirts and stuff that number well over 200 unique designs. Most of our original designs are now gone, but we've replaced them with what we think are better quality and of course funnier shirts.
We also changed our logo over the years which give people a better understanding of what we do here. Starting out with a huge zeppelin on all our logos and stationary, we were quickly told by some, OK all, of our friends that people in general, don't necessarily like to shop at places with a massive zeppelin as it's mascot, LOL. That said, we changed some...we scuttled the zeppelin but kept the industrial/grunge look. But no worries though, we're extra careful in keeping all our shirts and other products we produce away from our grungy-looking website.
We're always looking for great new ideas for shirts, so if you think we've missed something that you think you'd like to see on a shirt, sticker or whatever, send us a message or email us at orders@zegear.com with it. If we like it or know people will buy it, we'll make it. Even if you aren't much at graphics and can't draw out the idea, give us a description and we will see what we can do with it.
If you like our shirts, add us as your friend. We like to feel popular. If you really, really like our shirts, vote for us to help spread the word.
Hello friends. Check out my shirt I've entered in the "Sport your Support" T-shirt contest hosted by CafePress. Of course if you like my shirt, please vote for it!
Who I'd like to meet: Professor Fate from the movie "The Great Race", he's got a lot of great ideas.
Ferdinand von Zeppelin who lived the real life of Professor Fate. Planning, designing, building and finally flying in things stranger and bigger than most people at that time could imagine is truly an impressive feat.
Neil Armstrong also or any other astronaut who's left Earth's gravity well.
Hey there, its Michael from The Run*. I was just wondering if you've gotten a chance to check out any of our new music? We'd love to know what you think :) Thanks!
