About me:
i hate labels, so i'm not going to list off a whole string of them. i am the zen oven, and that's all i need to be. i work as a librarian, codemonkey, and geek. the geekiness doesn't go away when i leave work.
i live in houston with my husband and our cat, who is very sweet when she's not acting like a raging psychotic. for quite a long time i thought of myself as an artist, but i seem to have run out of steam. so i knit or draw in a sketchbook sometimes, though more often than that, i read instead. i like documentaries, kitties, chinese food, drawing, playing world of warcraft, reading (especially horror), libraries, being married to my husband, swimming in the ocean, dancing, watching nasa tv, biking and writing code. i don't like salmon, extreme temperatures, people who lack self-awareness, driving, small-mindedness and loud noises.
