About me:
Often imitated, but never duplicated, Zen & Now got it's start in 1999 as the only Coffee House on the Westside of Cincinnati. Eight years later, we're just the best, offering great coffee & smoothie drinks & a relaxing, smoke free atmosphere. Don't worry smokers, for you we have an extensive front patio to lounge on.
In addition to offering a colorful selection of music and local color, we also offer wallspace to local/regional artists, rotated monthlyish (want your art on our walls? Then call us!) as well as local/regional musicians on Saturday nights (don't mind playing for coffee/tips? then call us!). We also hold "The Zen of Comedy". A night of open floor comedy every third Tuesday of the month (dates may very, so keep an eye out) hosted by Dave Waite, which include Cincinnati's best up-and-comming comics and comedi-ans.
A new chapter of Zen's history is starting. Dave is passing the torch of ideals to the new owners of Zen & Now Chris and Vicky Wolfzorn. These ladies have big ideas in mind for the shop but have also sworn to keep the place as funky and Zen as possible.
