I love Martial Arts!!! I study Seido Juku Karate and play Capoeira. Karate is a way of life, my haven. Sweat drenched gi's and sore muscles are a source of pride. I love dancing (God help you if there are mirrors and dim lights!), movies, bugging out, rapping to 90's hip-hop- especially TUPAC!, basketball, travel, witty conversation, movies, wine, performances, nature, reading, lol...I LOVE comic book heroes, star wars...a closet NERD! OH! I get alot of flack for seldom talking about work so to put all rumors to rest- I do in fact have a career! I'm a rising star in the world of finance and Sista' girl does pretty darn well for herself ;-)

Hola mamita! Yup, I've been out of town for awhile, just got back last night so obviously, no promotion test for me this Sat. I'll go for yellow in the Oct promotion. I'm sure you'll be fantastic tomorrow, best of luck and have fun with it!
WOW!!! your new adventures are awesome :-) Anything having to do with building physical strength and endurance takes you to a whole other place (I miss it!!) I cannot wait to see you in action. Keep me posted. I am thrilled for you !!
