Hey Geoff, Just wanted to let you know that I have lost another 4.5kgs this month (Feb)and I am also under 100kgs, I weigh in at 95.4kgs this month. Yeah I am so proud of myself, but it is great hac=ving family and friend supporting me, so when you see me I will be slimmer then last Christmas (2007). I am hoping that by this Christmas I will be down to about 60kgs, but if not I will just keep it up until I am at my goal weight. Well have a good week and I will hopefully see you at Easter, Love Jo. P.S say hi to the girls for me.
