Zero Film Festival - Focusing on a niche in the independent
film community which has been traditionally ignored, Zero Film Festival is dedicated to screening self financed, zero budget films from the United States and around the world.
In the age where the majority of festivals are Hollywood marketing campaigns, and even "indie" and "underground" festivals screen financed films, we are here to offer something different. We recognize authentically independent films and filmmakers who take risks and fight the odds to see their visions through.
The Zero Film Festival is the first festival exclusive to self-financed filmmakers, providing a platform to screen their bold and innovative films in Los Angeles and New York City.
In 2009 ZFF added it's 1st annual West Coast Tour - screening in Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Hollywood and Orange County.
Zero Film Festival has established itself as a festival representing authenticity, integrity and innovation. In 2008, we screened well over a 100 films from filmmakers all over the world. Over 70 filmmakers were in attendance from as far away as Singapore, U.K. and Bangkok.

Several people wanted me to put together something that shows the firewhip in action. So we came up with something sort of fun to test how fire would work against a green screen. Thought you might like it.

"Pari(s) d'exil" est comme une confidence amicale... On entre dans le cœur d'un
homme apatride qui nous fait partager ses sensations, ses émotions, ses
joies, ses angoisses, ses peines, sa déstructuration, sa reconstruction, ses espoirs.
Filmé avec très peu de moyen, 'Paris(s) d'exil' est un film généreux,
(réellement !), personnel, où l'on découvre la poésie kurde et l'humour
d'un auteur et comédien inspiré.
A découvrir donc, d'autant plus que la culture et l'histoire kurde est encore bien mal connue !
