About me:
Robert's fiance - we're getting married 9/20/08!!! I can't wait, and would love to do it sooner, but alas we are waiting for our friends and family to put together an elaborate wedding, so eloping was discussed, but out of the question.
In the banking industry. Midwesterner at heart. Divorcee. Rider of my gorgeous Harley, which Dad and I painted. Dreamer of big things. Tomboy and occasional car snot/motorcycle enthusiast. Former bartender at local bar with lots of stories to tell. I still miss bartending, but have been asked to please not do so any longer and respect my honey's wishes.
I've been a blogger since September of 2000, back before it was the "in" thing to do. This has proven to be another good internet diversion!
We have been busy planning our wedding and Harley hunting lately for Rob. My fiance used to be a professional Corvette mechanic when he lived in Anaheim, CA. He's into the "car thing" and is always looking. Latest aquisition is my new Ford Escape Limited (I love it! It's RED!) and Rob still has the Explorer. I'm also the proud owner of a 66 Mustang that my Dad and I restored when I was in high school and college.
Beyond that with what free time I have left, I love to crochet - ask my former co-workers - and am teased by my family I'm an afghan factory. I have so many of my own I love to give them away to those who are special to me. I also love to read and will read just about anything I can get my hands on. Some of my girlfriends and I trade whole bags of books back and forth, and this always makes for some interesting reading. I'm also reading my way through the public library, and am currently at the D's and E's. Seriously, that's taken about 2 years, so I have a long way to go. It's a life goal.

If I could go back in time? Gosh, my grandpa on my Mom's side. He always sounded like a hell of a guy.
