About me:
Established in 2001 by a group of Zimbabweans based in the UK Zimfest is the biggest Southern African music festival of it's kind. Drawing from the vast range of culture in Zimbabwe and Southern Africa it is a celebration of diversity and determination. We believe that the strength of our people is in our unity and that our unity is not defined by geography. Zimfest 2008 promises to be the biggest and best yet as we continue to grow in experience and strive to bring you the best. Anyone interested in getting involved, please get in touch we would love to try to get you on stage or helping out in the background. Zimfest is run in the UK and Zimbabwe by Zimbabwean Charity WEZIMBABWE and by various teams in Australia and South Africa. Funds raised go to projects run and supported by us in Zimbabwe and in the community abroad.
