Horns pop to the conga bouncing rythm of a brand new sound, as an ordinary evening is transformed into a beach side dance party. An island vibe is in the air with ZionaurA!
ZionaurA "Chill" was released online (itunes, Amazon, CD baby, and many more) in April 2008. The 11 song Album immediately received rave reviews from two respected music magazines, and several online sources. By mid summer '08, DJ's from around the world began to contact ZionaurA for a copy of the CD. To date it has received airplay on radio stations in Germany, Spain, Australia, England, Canada, USA... and the list continues to grow. ZionaurA has also been on regular rotation at several internet radio stations, and has been played by many night club DJ's. CD sales and downloads had spawned a following that was eager to see the band perform live.

Having originally been a studio project by Jet Tessmann, it quickly became clear that this would become a live show. The additional musicians that would complete the 5 member line-up for ZionaurA live had been carefully selected by the start of 2009. The roster is made up of Dallas music scene veterans of the cover song and original markets, as well as 3 members with music degrees. This level of talent and experience makes this band unique and incredibly versatile.

The band can perform a 45 minute set, or a dynamic 3 hour show including the 11 tracks from 'Chill', as well as an endless list of covers, and brand new original songs. With the uncanny ability to put their own spin on a few of the covers they perform, they can brighten the mood and atmosphere of any venue. The music is bouncy, fun, family friendly, and perfect for patios and summer festivals. ZionaurA live is an escape from the ordinary...to an island of paradise!
