Bio
Zoë released her first album River in July 2010. She is recording in January 2011 towards a new EP. Zoë has collaborated with Jake Williams and Rich Thair, co-writing 3 tracks and singing vocals on the album How To Spell Toob (2005). Below is the video for "After" by Toob - featuring Zoë's vocals. Directed by Richard Anthony. From "How to Spell Toob" LP (Lo Recordings 2005). Zoë has written instrumental music and songs for the photographer Stefanie Schneider on her current film '29 Palms, CA' and for her photography exhibitions. -

Zoe's songs are fresh, original and so, so smart. It's fantastic to hear a woman singing about how life really is - not cliche ridden romantic inanities but the existence of a thoughtful sentient sensitive person going through a recognizable life. Haunting melodies and a sharp eyed view of what it feels to be alive today, surrounded by much that makes no sense. A great leap forward for female songwriting.

Zoë has recently collaborated with Jake Williams and Rich Thair, co-writing
3 tracks and singing vocals on the new Toob album, which was released in April
2005. She is also working on other upcoming projects.
Currently Zoë is gigging both here and abroad while finishing her first
full-length album.
