    “Kiss.”

    This is
    Everything to me
    The soft tender moment
    Moist and resplendent
    Gentle and dependent
    A taste so divine
    Honey and wine beguiling
    Nectar so sweet love intoxicating
A sweet pea to a honey bee
    A buddleia to a butterfly
A swallow in the summer sky
    I fly with freedom,
    Emancipation, elation unlocks
    My body and soul
    Open’s my eyes
We look into the inner most depths of each other
There is so much love to hold on to
To see you, hold you; touch you in one breathtaking connection.
Is beyond anything my imagination could ever create,
Any words a book could state
Any vision an artists can make
    Any sounds a musician creates
It’s the one experience that’s totally unique
The passion and power of jubilant elation
    An ecstatic release.
I know now you love me and
    Feel safe and secure
Knowing the enormity of my feelings
    Brings danger one second away.
As I can’t live without you
    If you ever leave
    You are unmistakably irreplaceable
    And wherever you go
You’ll take my heart and soul
    With you.
As the warm rain of a summers day
    Gently drips upon my lips
    This is
    Your kiss.”
