While magnificent vocals are what makes her fans wanting more, Kristy's passion for music is what keeps her out there. Following an 11-year stint of writing, producing, and heading up the Electronic Dance group, The Azoic, Kristy felt a need to press further onward in a slightly different direction. She decided to fulfill this with a side project called ZOICA. Turning back to her roots, she will focus more on melodies and song writing with the help of Luis Brito (GASR) and Andreas Kleinert (Leaveless). Look for a 2008 release...
Kristy's background
Currently based in Columbus, Ohio, Kristy stomped out a place in the Columbus music scene with her label Nilaihah Records. She signs talent from all over the world in hopes of giving others the same opportunity for success that she has had. With 18 artists and over 30 international releases, Nilaihah is anything but slowing down.
Kristy has also appeared as guest vocals on over 50 albums, been featured on the Xbox video game Dance, Dance, Revolution Ultramix 3, and has been featured on the popular MTV series Made. Now, the very bands she took under her wing with Nilaihah Records have remixed her songs in the forthcoming album Re:Illumination, which remixes several tracks from The Azoic's "Illuminate".
