The Zombie Walk this year will be taking place at 6PM on October 22 in Aotea square.
This year we are coinciding the Zombie Walk with the end of the Armageddon Expo, which means you can get into the Armageddon Expo FREE from 3PM on Monday October 22nd if you are in full zombie costume, and the best costume will win a Nintendo Wii! We also have some other prizes including merch from C4 and some free passes to SPOOKERS, so don't miss out!
So... what's a "zombie walk"?
A Zombie Walk is just that - when you let out the zombie that lurks beneath and join with Auckland's many other zombies to march as one undead army. Dress in the zombie costume of your choice, bring along any fiends, friends or props that fit the occasion and join the rest of your undead brethren as we limp and lumber down Queen street.
All that is required is that you show up in costume, respect laws and practice common sense.
This event is unmissable if you're a Horror movie fan, you love costume, or to make a statement. How often do you get to participate in something this awesome and weird?
The Zombies are infiltrating Queen Street at the end of October each year in celebration of Halloween!

Totally another walk, on the 31st. Should be an annual thing now keeping to that date, the Friday the 13th thing was going to be to haphazard.

dont worry i'll probably be there! im so happy its not on halloween like last year, coz thats me school horror film and documentary night. last year i made a mean as horror film. this year a cool doco. and the watching of these films is alwyas on haloween but this year zombie walks not on halloween??? so i can come! yuss. i'll be the indian zombie!
