Headed by Founder and Director, Chris Gizzi, The ZoneReady staff and its advisors combine years of experience as competitive athletes with solid education and strong coaching experience. We collectively hold degrees in physiology, kinesiology, biomechanics, psychology, education, medicine and business. We are professional athletes, coaches, parents, mentors, and business leaders. Our ability to simplify the complex and create understandable training programs allows you to reap the benefits. The convergence of our knowledge and experience is the place where science meets practical application all driven by effective communication. About Chris: ZoneReady Founder and Director Chris Gizzi brings an extensive background of experience to his fast growing performance optimization programs. A former NFL linebacker for the Green Bay Packers and a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy Chris is a seasoned athlete with the keen ability to conceive and execute successful training across a broad spectrum of sports. He has trained, consulted and assisted athletes, organizations, and teams in a wide variety of performance endeavors across the globe.. He has lectured and consulted at numerous institutions of higher learning, as well as government and military establishments. In addition, Coach Gizzi is a technical development consultant, helping create programs and products for the likes of Nike, SPARQ, and Eastbay. In addition to the operation of ZoneReady, Chris takes an active role in the community working with and mentoring young athletes.
