I spent over 5 years in the army as a tanker, among other given tasks. I spent 22 months of those 5 years in Iraq. I have lost several dear friends in the war. I was wounded by an enemy mortar round on June 26, 2006 and sent to Landstuhl hospital to recover, and was later released from the military for wounds received in combat. I have found a military family on the outside; To The Fallen Records is a group of musicians from all branches of military, with all types of music, fighting the internal wounds with song. Tax system is fair; wealthy pay bulk of taxes

So in the meantime millionaire mcsaim is paying a 15% tax on his income and I am paying almost 1/3 of my check to taxes. HMMM?

Vote to increase the tax deduction for college tuition costs from $5,000 to $12,000 and increase the tax credit on student loan interest from $500 to $1,000. The expense would be offset by limiting the cut in the top estate tax rate to 53%.

PRAYER REQUEST FOR A MARINE-A family member, who is a "VERY PROUD" & loyal service member of the U.S. Marine Corp., he is also, a "VERY PROUD" & loyal husband, SSgt. John W. Braddy went in for a "routine" procedure, ended up having complications, & is now on life support! I don't have all the answers but, it appears that after the surgery was stated a "success", they discovered he was hemorrhaging in his brain...It makes no sense! He has proudly & safely, served two tours in Iraq & has even re-enlisted, he married his love of a lifetime in January of '07. I'm at a lost for words! I've attached a few pics of him to place a face w/ the name.
I can only imagine what his wife, parents, & brother is going through. Please, Please, Please pray for him to recover.
