That's a mixture of techno, dance, ambient. I also like old jazz, a small number of Top 40 songs, and a few classics in assorted genres. Bent, Pepe Bradock, Osunlade, Zero 7, Groove Armada, Royksopp, Thievery Corporation, Bombay Dub Orchestra... | | Movies | Sci-fi, comedy, and horror are my favorites. I also like movies like The Game and some dramas like Titanic. A scary movie every now and then is always fun! | | Television | Wheel of Fortune, American Idol, History Channel, house-flipping shows, and just about any show about technology or the automotive industry. I'll also participate in the viewing of garbage like Flavor of Love or some other "reality" show if someone else is watching it and I happen to be in the same room at the same time. Lately, Ugly Betty and Desperate Housewives has been on my TV, but I'm not sure why. | | Books | I've read one book in my entire life from cover to cover - and that was required for one of my history classes in college. About me:
Howdy! I'm Roger. I've lived here in Kilgore most of my life except while attending Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches. I spent most of my time working in retail until after college when I started to work in engineering at an industrial process oven manufacturer here in town. For fun, I like to cook, hang out with friends, go swimming when it's warm, or sit out by a fire when it's cold. I also enjoy amateur photography, computers, electronics, home theatre, auto mechanics, working around the house and yard, and thinking of ways to improve things. I have some of the greatest friends in the world and spend a lot of time with them. When I'm not at work, I'm usually hanging out talking about life over a drink or few. Occasionally, I'll spend a quiet night all to myself watching a movie or something.

Who I'd like to meet:
Friendship: I couldn't ask for better friends. They're fun and have been there when I needed them. I'm usually willing to make a new friend, although I'm very selective about who I allow into my world.
Other: Someone like Bill Gates or Steve Jobs. I'd like advice on how to get where they are. I would gladly assist them in writing off a tax donation to my shopping fund.
