Check us out on sonicbids for the full bio. Having grown up in a musical home in Motown , It's no wonder that I developed a love for the old school sounds of soul. My goal is to maintain the original and natural sounds of soul with my own interpretation in each song that I sing. These songs were written and performed at a very emotional time giving these already flawless masterpieces significant meaning. So much of that applies to circumstances today. Soul music is something that gets deep down in your soul and takes a hold of you. It's what makes you move your hips. It really doesn't need a reason but when it does you can feel it, It's really something special. Not very long ago I decided to turn that fantasy into reality and Z Soul was born. I've been lucky to work with some very talented Groove Masters. Players have included Steve Banyay-bass, Pete Roze-guitar, Doc West-guitar, Ruben Gonzalez-drums, Paul Wilmet-drums, Gary Shaw-drums and many other greats. " We're just getting started .Having long-term goals, originals are in the making.
