Now, Charlie and his writing partners Jodie Davies and Traci Barnett are collaborating on a new project and a CD to be titled “Charlie Wooton Project.” This new project incorporates characteristics of Caribbean, African and Brazilian music into the Louisiana sound that Charlie is known for. The result is fresh and innovative, and it’s what Charlie has been working toward since the day he picked up his bass.
