About me:
I edited my profile with Thomas' Myspace Editor V4.4

Mindset should be out soon! Look for it before finals around campus. Or, request a copy via Myspace or contact mindset@nd.edu.
We also have a blog located at http://ndmindset.wordpress.com/.

Legend has it Mindset was begun by a social brotherhood of vampire-custodians living in the mezzanine level of LaFortune Student Center (not to be confused with space vampires or vampire-robots). Venturing out only for sustenance, the watercooler in the WVFI hallway provided a tasty alternative to fresh blood. One particularly dark and stormy night, the usual gang were gathered round the watercooler (gossiping about the employees in the undead marketing department) when, from the WVFI studio, came a sound so sweet, it moved them to tears. "Wheatus will change your life" was the universal quote of the evening. Not having an outlet for this outpouring of music-inspired emotion, the vampires started an underground website and paste-and-copy-because-we-don't-have-any-money type music 'zine. Eventually, the publication became too commercialized for their taste (with -24 vampire-indie cred points)and pretty soon students were the driving force of Mindset.

In celebration of its roots, Mindset lives on today mainly in the form of an online (and printed) student 'zine associated with the University of Notre Dame's own WVFI student radio. Mindset is always looking for contributors of feature articles, album/show/art/film reviews, photographs and other media, local and campus interests, personal essays, and anything else your little hearts desires.
