Sound Session II + 1st Break [Moscow] @ 7 North Fort
Aleksey Nikiforov aka 1st Break was born on January 8th, 1986 in Ruza-city, Moscow Region.
From 2003 to 2004 he plays breaks and drumandbass in different clubs of Moscow and Moscow Region.
In 2005 his bootleg remix of the track “The Prodigy - No Good” becomes one of the biggest breakbeat tunes around and is constantly playing on the Megapolis FM Radio Station (89,5mHz).
From 2003 to 2004 DJ Neo is hosting “Rave Beats” program on American radio station “Gremlin Radio”, representing all kinds of breakbeat music. Neo becomes a permanent guest of “bigbeats.ru” internet radio station and takes part in lots of programs: “KillaBits”, “In Da Mix”, “Back To Da Oldskool”.
Later he picks up 2nd Place Award at Annual Moscow Region DJ Battle.
In 2007 the success of “Clowns - Sidel & Hardrider (Neo Remix)” on Stepsine aka Nubreaks.net led to Neo creating project 1st Break. His groundbreaking tracks “Intoxication” and “Gulf Stream” immediately get the support of label Break-Bots Record (France).
1st Break is now recognized all over Russia and C.I.S., smashing clubs and wowing audience with his techno-infused breakbeat.
He becomes a new figure in the rapidly growing world of breakbeat. His singles are played by such major names as The Phat RiderZ(France), DJ Kostek(Cerealkillaz), Unreal, Suko, Jon Maniac (Spain), 4kuba, Access Denied, Cosmonaut, Small, Specter, Black&White Sounds and many other Russian and foreign DJs and producers.
