so you slowly started instead of jumping into it? i was thinking of goin from a full bowl of ice cream to blue bunny frozen yogurt to sugar free fudgicles.i did the transition of soda now gotta start drinkin more water. well thats awesome congrats on all u done now. im gonna next work on 6 meals a day instead of abunch of snacks. im gonna keep slowly moving and soon ill be jumping into my transformation

because of the anxiety what it insists in pursuing me ... I don't want to look for an analyst, know what... I can manage to dominate my impulses, am over them weakening when I feel only, literallity. I admire you like example of will power, balance and attitude. It's dificult to admit that I feel weakened at this moment, I have them to myself what to struggle with my inner strength to bring near to my final objective. Quero comentar com voce que, esta sendo muito dificil para mim
seguir uma dieta de emagrecimento, por causa da ansiedade que
teima em me perseguir... não quero procurar um analista, sei que
posso conseguir dominar os meus impulsos, mas acabo fraquejando
quando me sinto só, literalmente.
Admiro você como exemplo de força de vontade, equilibrio e atitude.
É dificil admitir que me sinto enfraquecida neste momento, mas tenho
que lutar com minha força interior para chegar ao meu objetivo final.
Perder peso e manter, custe o que custar, acredite, vou chegar lá.
Voce esta otimo a cada dia que o vejo.
