About me:
6th & Oak is under construction!

We're in the process of doing interior demolition for a new floor and mechanicals (pipes, wires, HEAT, etc). After that, we'll probably not be having events here anymore; too much risk has developed with a few neighbors calling with noise complaints, and escalating intrusiveness of the police. We have a tenant lined up that's going to open a shop here, hopefully by the end of the year.
