About me:
We are the San Diego chapter of the Asian American Journalists Association (AAJA), a national journalism organization with some 2,000 members. In San Diego, our more than 50 members are professionals and students working in TV, print, Internet and radio.
Who I'd like to meet: More journalists! More Asian Americans! More AA journo professionals and students! And others from our larger community! FYI: You don't have to be Asian to be a part of AAJA. If you're a cool person with a passion for journalism, you're in.
Calling all journalists, students, publicists, neighbors, friends, dads, moms and other AAJA supporters! Please join AAJA-San Diego for a night of fun for its BOWLING SOCIAL MIXER on Thursday, Nov. 5, 7-9 p.m. at the San Diego State University bowling alley in Aztec Center Lower Courtyard.
Park your car in in Paking Structure 6 off College Ave. or Montezuma Rd., then walk across the bridge to Aztec Center's lower level to enter the bowling alley.
You don't have to be good at bowling--it's all about having fun, the low cost of $5 supports AAJA scholarships/programs, and the casual environment gives you the chance to network and socialize. Meet your new AAJA-SD officers and board of directors, as well as journalists from across the county!
