During the past five years ACCESS TO has performed in various places around Malta. In 2006 the band also tried its luck in the Malta Song for Europe festival and their song was short listed to the last 35 from a total of 228, this is a very good result for a rock song. The band was also invited to perform during various television programs. When it comes to songwriting all the members of the band give their utmost to deliver a very professional final product for the listener to enjoy “...we have various brainstorming sessions when we are creating a new song where we try to amalgamate all our ideas together for the final result. Each member of the band knows that we use our music combined with our lyrics to send a message to all our listeners. This ideal is kept in mind when thinking up new ideas...” “...Our lyrics are all about love, desperation, depression, faith and hope. These are the basic things that make up life and at some point in time we all go through these experiences….”
Each member of the band has his own influences as regards musical styles. Bands like Pink Floyd, Metallica, Uriah Heep, Scorpions, Deep Purple and The Beatles, along with many others, are all among ACCESS TO’s favourite bands. These differences in musical preference are the backbone of the original material that the band creates. ACCESS TO’s first single “Like a Sparrow” was released in the beginning of 2002.

Hey ACCESS TO, Some of you came out to see the show when we opened for THE POODLES last Saturday in Hudiksvall, Sweden. Some of you missed the whole thing.
