James was born in Queens New York on January 2 1967 His father is movie prducer William Greenblatt. His mother Charlotte Greenblatt was a Rockette and now an artist/potter in Malibu Ca. He also has a younger sister Kathy Lincoln who is a musician/ producer and married to Billy Lincoln also musician producer. James moved with his family to the west coast when he was fifteen for the movie buisness. James has been playing guitar since he was twelve years old and that is his main love. His first major acting job was TWIN PEAKS. He then starred in the boxing movie GLADIATOR and right after that co-starred in A FEW GOOD MEN. James also does portraits in french charcoal. His writings include scripts and short stories. He has also scored a few movies and has an album coming out. He has started a prodution company and will be directing a movie that he wrote. He is Married to actress Renee Allman and they have two boys..
