...soh i heard this kid adamroberthauG went instrumental for 4 years playing with his art/videoh band Oh possum and didnt sing a nohte-can that be true!? Tohtally. After the Oh possum project had come full circle he started using his voice box again and playing/writing playful/heartfelt songs on his beloved baby acoustic guitar "OG-1". He started writing soh much he even began writing for a folk/rap group called Deep Sleep Waltzing to utilize an overflow of creativity. Before long he had dozens of jams he was playing to himself and recording out of his dank basement in Des Moines, Iowa. Some shit went down, his heart got brohke(again)-midwest winter depression started to set in and then suddenly/miraculously he was thrown two hours west to Omaha, Nebraska, the town of his birth! OO WEE! There he found residence and remote work at HOTEL FRANK with his lil' brother(Aaron of Im Drinkin This) and 20+ roommates, all of which were incredibly talented/creative and lovely as can be! It was there that adamroberthauG was able to continue writing and recording songs all the fucking time. Songs about his recent lohve loss, moving to a new town, being lonely/missing old friends, trying to get over it all and finding peace in his little baby heart! It was through making this soloh album "bedrooms and basements yoh(SHANKS) that he was able to do so! 7 months in Ohmaha passed by quickly and many things had changed-even the very home he had moved to seemed to be coming to an end of an era! During this time adamroberthauG moved next door to his 3rd HOTEL FRANK bedroom in the EASTWING basement where he was able to finish the album for good! Along the way he met and collaborated with roommates and new found friends Conchance, Susan Sanchez, Articulate and many more! The solo album itself is a journal of change/transition, self examination/joy and understanding/peace. I actually heard adamroberthauG say once that he hopes that people will listen to this album and feel a great sense of his experience and individuality shining through and onto them! Also, he told me not to tell you that he actually wrote this very music bio but dont tell him I told you, he might shank me-one time! BOO-YA! <3 adamroberthauG
