Born and raised in Buffalo, NY I left the cold for the sunny spots of
East, South and west Africa where I was given the name "Adjoa" and
started to incorporate the life and rhythm of the Africans into my
music. Alternating between percussion, piano and guitar, I have been
found playing in LA with such greats as Matt Cusson, Daniel
Bedingfield, Jason Joseph, Charlie Peacock, Jackie Tohn, Amy Kuney,
Gaby Moreno, The Daylights, Carney, Soul Puppet and many more. When
I'm not playing out I also LOVE to record and write...and I've been so
blessed to work with a ton of fantastic people such Grammy award
winning composer Mateo Messina, Jim Leber over @ Nickelodean, Satoshi
Mark Noguchi with Hans Zimmer, Kevin Dippold with Smashing Pumpkins
and Kevin Teasley with Atlantic records.
Why do I need you? Because I write all my own music and play most of
the instruments and need your help to SurViVe as an artist! So if you
