Adrian "Hardkor" Krygowski is of several DC bands, and who performs regionally solo-acoustic. His style ranges from what people would recognize as a Dave Grohl or Butch Walker acoustic set, to heartfelt songcraft by the likes of Conor Oberst or Ryan Adams. He's been a common piece of the east coast regional acoustic showcase, "The Nine" (myspace.com/wearethenine) that hosts the names of friends Justin Trawick, Victoria Vox, Brooks Wood, Rene Moffatt, David Stein, Jason Ager, Michael Jantz, and many more. You can find him on stages such as Iota Club & Cafe (Arlington VA), Bluebird Cafe (Nashville), Milkboys (PA), Goodbye Blue Mondays (NYC), Acadia Cafe (Mpls, MN). His debut album will be released Oct 2009 on Blue House.

"His songs and vocal stylings instantly reminded me of a young Daniel Johnston covering Vic Chestnutt compositions." ~MetroMusicScene.com
"The Differents bring the noise with guitarist Andy Prezkop (furious with the licks and the wah peddle). Their singer reminds us of Modest Mouse's Isaac Brock" ~DCist.com
"Adrian's music can be imagined at the street corner intersecting Radiohead's ambient longing and Elliot Smith's cruel social observations. There he stands against a dim lamppost and draws out a ballad for the passers by. It's when he pauses mid-breath to growl at the unseen moon that he exposes that trademark grit that keeps the urban rats scurrying and the stray cats prowling for a better view."~ Maureen Nelson
"Dont ever stop! The most interesting songwriter I’ve recorded this year!"
~Rod Bell, BG Studios (St Paul MN)
"Voice of Bob Dylan, guitar of John Mayer."

Thanks Adrian, I'm glad you liked it. I'm looking forward to your Velvet Lounge show. If it's anything like your musician's farm set, it should be a relly killer show. Also, just put up a new song: Horton. And still working on setting up the next show. Guess I need to get off my ass and contact someone.
