I'm the former frontman of Mansfield rock band Inner City Sleeping and former guitarist with the sussex based indie rock band Decoys. Yo, cheers for the comment. I literally was rushing something to do for Sam's Bday, and so I learnt and recorded it roughly on Cubase within 2 hours... was a bit of a struggle to EQ it, so just left it as it was. I used a backing track company called Idol Makers which do pretty good versions of songs to be honest, they're a bit better than Sun Fly Karaoke :)
I wish I had the time and resources to get a real band together and write my own stuff... but alas my musical skills are dire and my lyrics always turn into random poetry!
Thank you for finding me, and for showcasing your talents here. Your music is absolutely outstanding, it is VERY good. Your melodies are just right, and they are backed by sterling musicality and production. I'm not sure I've ever heard a better song than "For So Long".

OMG your new song is just a little bit awesome - LOL! It puts my hour of singing to shame this morning! Your voice really suits that style of music, and my parents think you sound a bit like Elvis Costello (which is a good thing). Hope you are well, Sam and I are hoping to do some open mic nights soon... Maybe! >_<
