Rahsaan Lucas has served as an educator and an entertainer in the Philadelphia area for the past fifteen years. His experiences as a DJ, music editor, soundscapes designer and consultant for music/multimedia production companies provide Afrotaino with a clear understanding of how to give audiences an enjoyable experience.

Marangeli Mejia Rabell brings a unique combination of program management, strategic partnership development and community planning experience. Her expertise provides Afrotaino with a strategic alignment to key resources and an outstanding track record serving our target audience.
