L’accueil chaleureux à son passage sur des scènes comme l’Abordage à Evreux ou encore l’Atelier à Spectacles de Vernouillet n’a fait qu’accroître son envie d’aller plus loin dans l’aventure…

Akentra fait appel à deux musiciens et amis de longue date Didier Chesneau et Aymeric Ribot (Headline, Magic Kingdom, Invictus, Mylidian) pour l’enregistrement de son premier CD Maxi.

“ IV. IV. IV. “ composé de 5 titres enregistrés au Melody Studio (Dreux), Studio du Pressoir (Thénac) et masterisés à Elektra Mastering (Varennes-Jarcy) a été réalisé en pré-production d’un album qui verra le jour premier semestre 2010.





English version

This Rock Metal Gothic band, created in 2006 by Lucia Ferreira, Steve Tilmant and Stephane Rayot, owes it's name to a carnivorous plant. Akentra's music is made up of a strong rhythmic section, sharp guitars sounds and Lucia's strong feminine voice carrying lyrics tainted with darkness and melancholy.

The warm welcome they received when they went on stage made their desire grow and has given them the urge to want to push themselves further onto the muscial scene.

Akentra relied on Didier Chesneau and Aymeric Ribot (Headline, Invictus, Mylidian) in order to record their first EP.

"IV IV IV" made up of 5 titles recorded in the Melody Studio (Dreux), the Studio du Pressoir (Thénac) and finally mastered in the Elektra Mastering studio (Varennes Jarcy). This EP is a pre-production of the album coming out in the first semester of 2010.
