lol well im kind of skipping the rest or stretch x routine and just going on to chest and back. I dont know if that change anything but its still working. Yoga is alright i just do like half in the morning then the other half at night. My fave would have to be between plyo kenpo or arms. But i hate the chest workouts ugh, i cant do push ups for shiii. I bought me a pull up bar for like 20 30 bucks. IT HELPS SO MUCH. I need to use a chair but im seeing a diff in my strenght everytime.
