During the latter half of 2007, four musicians converged on a small storage unit outside of Washington, DC, and concocted tunes that drew from their extensive yet diverging backgrounds. The result is instrumental music that bares influence from groups as varied as the Mahavishnu Orchastra to Sonic Youth. Feedback and dissonance are countered with tender melodies, while an arresting rhythm section seamlessly alters from infectious grooves to elaborate syncopation.
