TANGO, CAN'T PRETEND is now out here is the video we've been waiting for .. .. .. .. .. .. .. Amiram Inc. After years of playing gigs in various clubs in France, Scandinavia and England, recording as a solo artist, and even busking in the streets of New York, Israeli/Norwegian Amiram Eini decided to go back to his musical roots and start a band. He joined forces with bass player Shai Saadon, and drummer Alon Tavori, and the trio started playing gigs on the Tel Aviv scene as "Amiram's Band". English born, classically trained violinist and vocalist Emily Bennett soon joined in, and the lineup was completed by guitarist Assaf Barak. Renaming themselves "Amiram Inc.", the now quintet intensified work on their live show, performing across the country and quickly creating a faithful following. A few months down the road they entered the studio to record their debut album, Little defects. Recorded in Tel Aviv, mixed in Oslo Norway and mastered in Stockholm Sweden, the album reflects the band's diverse influences, drawing from such greats as David Bowie, Bob Dylan, Pearl Jam, Muse, Led Zeppelin, Dave Matthews Band, Ben Harper, Jeff Buckley and others, as well as more eclectic sources like Norwegian rock cabarets. The cultural melting pot in the band creates musical tensions that while leaning heavily on a singer songwriter base, carry a strong post grunge dynamic drive. Amiram's thoughtful lyrics, unconventional melody lines and voice, along with Emilys violin and vocals captured the audiences immediately. The album was met with raving reviews in some of the country's leading magazines. Early 2007 the first single from the album "Allright" was released and instantly became a hit on both national and local radio stations across the country.Getting radio play both in Australia, and the U.S. 2009 saw a change in the line up as Yaniv Ohana came in on drums Amiram Inc continued their relentless schedule, performing in the U.K, Scandinavia, and Israel, In late 2009 Amiram Eini and his band Amiram Inc. decided to give aid to act in aid of the refugees and their children. And started working on the song and the video clip titled: "I GUESS I MUST BE WRONG" .. .. .. .. .. .. .. Many public figures and celebrities have volunteered to take part in order to increase public awareness to the hardship of the refugees In December Amiram Inc it was released produced by Amiram Inc and directed by Amiram Eini this project was started as a charity in support African Refugees living in Israel through humanitarian organizations. Everyone volunteered to make this project happen All revenues from the song will be donated to Brit Olam. http://www.britolam.org/Index.asp?CategoryID=357&ArticleID=357 IThe beginning of 2010 Amiram inc has seen some more changes in the line up, as Hila Ben Tovim came in on violin, and Eyal Sela became the bass player, In August 2010 Amiram Inc released the first single from their second album, Tango, Can't Pretend. Amiram Inc, show their maturity and development with this new song incorporating classical themes as well as hard driving rock, on top of a Tango based rhythm pattern. "we feel this song really represents us as a live band" says Amiram Inc's guitarist Assaf Barak It was released along with the biggest music video production ever done in Israel. With the participation of celebrity Choreographer and dancer Anna Aronov, who along with the band present the fantasy of a post Armageddon world portrayed through dancing flying and movement in this video. Shot in the Dead Sea desert area the video follows the songs momentous theme with scenes reminding of Movies like Matrix Mad Max and Hero. "this song is about the civil war raging between the sexes, that makes life so much more interesting" Says singer and songwriter Amiram Eini For further details contact Alon Amir P.R 0544768698
