His main band includes Demian Cabaud (b) and Alex Frazao (d). He plays duo with Sara Serpa and is also a member of her group that recorded ..Praia.. which will be out soon on Inner Circle Music. André is also a member of Mikado Lab, a group that focus on inventive drummer Marco Franco's repertoire and that recorded ..Baligo Songs..for the portuguese label Tone of a Pitch. He recorded ..Communion One.., on FSNT, with a group that features Bill Carrothers and is led by drummer Joao Lencastre.
The first CD was out in 2005 with early compositions on Fresh Sound New Talent www.freshsoundrecords.com , "Small Worlds" with Nathan Blehar (ts), Leo Genovese (p), Demian Cabaud (b) and Ziv Ravitz (dr).

André has a Bachelor..s Degree from Berklee College of Music and a Master..s of Music Degree from New England Conservatory.
