Angus Mohr, the man, stood large in the history of Scotland during the transition from the period of Viking raiders to more civilized times.
Angus Mohr, the band, will stand large in the transition of traditional Celtic music to a celebration of Highland Rock and Roll.
Angus Mohr, the band, transforms traditional and classical Celtic style and instrumentation into a traditional and classical Rock and Roll sound. The mix of Highland Bagpipes, electric guitars, penny whistles, synthesizers, Hammond organ, electric bagpipe chanter, bass, and a rock and roll drum kit makes for an exciting performance. The state of the art sound and lights systems elevate the presentation to an explosive Rock and Roll show the likes of which the Rocky Mountain Highlands have never seen.

Thank you for your support. All too many people allow the meaning of "media" to be something that they can only play the part of spectators. We need to reclaim "media" to become something which is participatory.

Wow! Thanks to Angus Mohr for the best wedding ever! What a performance at the Boettcher Mansion on the 22nd. You guys had them all going - the kids from Canada doing the Irish Step Dancing were all over "Whiskey in a Jar" - I must say I thought I did a pretty mean Buck Stomp for my 65 years. MJ an Alan did a mix up of Opry Dancing by Maranda while Alan did the Irish Jig - and the folks from France - well they couldn't understand us nor we them but they got into the stomp as well. It's a wonder we didn't crash through the floor at that place - it's pretty near a hundred years old. Thanks Paul and gang - Wow! Wes
