Born in june, Gemini, Antonella Mazza studied upright bass at G. Verdi Conservatory.
She received a master degree in Ethnomusicology from D.A.M.S. and also as Sound Designer. She had clinics on electric bass and upright too with Dave Clark and Bruce Geerz from Berklee College of Boston, John Patitucci, Claude Tchamitchan.
Played in Umbria Jazz Winter, Award as Best Musician in Roccella Jazz Festival opening "Micheal Brecker Quartet" , Ferrara Jazz Festival Tribute to Louis Armstrong, Festival Norimberga, ValleMaggia Jazz& Blues, Euro Bass Day, Blue Note Milano, Warwick Messe Shangai.
Played with: Ron, Massimo Ranieri, Brando, V.Gautier, Lillian Boutte', Mirelle Mathieu, Enrico Bertolino,Seba, Son, P. Tommelleri, F. Salvi, Luca Gemma, La Crus, Fabio Volo.........................................
