Gracias amigos! We are honored to be included among your friends. May there be ✇ PEACE ✇ and JUSTICE and LAND for all Indigenous Peoples. And may there be no more campaigns of terror.
Please hold us in your hearts, and we will do the same!

Hey Apes!

Thanks! I was hoping to catch you guys at SXSW, but my trip got shortened and, like SXSW, quickly became a clusterfuck once I hit the streets.

I checked to see if you guys were coming through BR afterwards and was disappointed you weren't.

Well.. hopefully next year, or sometime when I'm up in the great Northeast. Hope you're well!

Best,
Fred

were flying back on June 10th and mailing are worldly goods. We will be there in time for Jody's wedding.I do the same work and get to see grandma a lot. Broke your ankle, that sucks. We'll you can email me a lot to pass the time. I'm trying to figure out my recording software and trying to figure out what pa I want so I can play more. I'll play a lot in Illinois so I'll wait until then.

The Almost Lost Albatross/Apes Interview
Massively edited hang out session after An Albatross, The Apes, and The Amoeba Men played The Camel in Richmond, Virginia on March 7, 2008. The sound is horrible. Live and learn.
The first four minutes is Eddie B. Gieda III from An Albatross talking with Jason Hodges from The Amoeba Men. Turns out Jason was/is in a band called Suppression, which Eddie massively dug and was inspired by. Eddie tells the story of the last time they came to Richmond and played Alley Katz during a black out caused by Hurricane Isabel in 2003. Followed by an edit of "In the Court of the Bear King" from Albatross's latest CD, Blessphamy (of the Peace-Beast Feastgiver and the Bear Warp Kumite). Silver and Jason from WRIR talked with Eddie about the South, wall hangers, one on one equals six, negative material based culture, meet Daniel from New Jersey, tiger growls and vocal capabilities, Amanda from The Apes talks about meeting An Albatross at a gas station, Daniel on Gymkata, and Amanda tells a story about a bad show at a Satanist's suburban Detroit home.

Nope, it was the one in Columbus with the intense beat. When I flip on the camera's night vision, Fonzie from Hugs & Kisses is in one of the stage window's bobbin' his head to the song. The song & Fonzie together are just beautiful.
