Bio
"Don't Call It A Comeback" Come on out w/ me & open the house right. It's been a long time. Hope to see you out! ...... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ DJ Apple has followed an incredible range of music since he was a youngster living in Brooklyn NY, Between his pops being a latin percussionist, his grandmother a jazz singer, his grandfather a bass player, and the inheritance of his mother's diverse record collection has made him absorb an open door attitude about music. Hip-Hop, Jazz, Soul, Reggae, and of course underground dance music are many of the styles that have influenced him over the years. Whether it's funky, dark, or uplifting, there is a time and place in his musical orchestration where these moods are brought to life, all part of one mix to stimulate the senses! Apple loves to mix up the rhythm structure with everything ranging from tribal house with plenty of chunky latin percussion, to smooth progressive and bangin' tech-house. The energy level is always on point with Apple's goal being to see everyone smiling and dancing. He has traveled the US seeking to connect with people through our most natural and valued channel to freedom and humanity. In the past five years Apple has also become a become a well known producer with three records out on Extract Records, and two out on Funklab. Look out for many up and coming releases in the next year as he plans to keep it raw and freshly squeezed for all music lovers out there! -
